- How to understand the critical components of planning and managing the transition of roles and responsibilities on the team. (This includes development of a team plan for development with measurements).
- How to identify the 10 most common self-directed work team problems.
- How to use the 5 steps of graded intervention to know when and how to react to team problems.
- How to handle conflict and manage differences on the team.
- How to check the competency of your self-directed team on an ongoing basis to ensure progress through the stages of self-direction.
